Woom is an international brand for children and teenagers’ bikes with its headquarters in Klosterneuburg, just outside of Vienna. The company was founded in 2013 by Christian Bezdeka and Marcus Ihlenfeld in a garage in Vienna. After a long and fruitless search for the perfect bike for their children, the two bike-loving fathers decided to take matters into their own hands and design a bike themselves. With their low weight, timeless design, high-quality components and child-specific geometry, Woom bikes are setting new standards for premium children's bikes. Woom bikes are designed to give children the perfect introduction to riding a bike and spark a life-long passion for cycling. It took just a few short years for Woom to go from a little-known brand to a market leader in Austria. Woom bikes are now sold in 30 countries around the world, with the company serving the US and Asian markets as well as Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
Upway is a new platform selling refurbished electric bikes. We aim to make electric bikes accessible to the most significant number of people. Via Upway we offer more than 1000 models and a hundred brands of second-hand electric bikes.
Each bike has been reconditioned by a professional mechanic of our team, in our warehouse. The e-bikes are back on the market for 20 to 60% lower than the new price. Finally, when you buy a bike, it is delivered to your home within a few days and comes with a one-year warranty.
KMC founded in 1977 in Taiwan, is a chain manufacturer with 11 facilities in Asia. Its core business is bicycle chains sold in global markets with 90% of quantities under KMC own brand.
KMC Chain has a bicycle chain branch office in the Netherlands since 1998 and last year KMC opened another branch office, named KMC Global GmbH in Germany, with 100% owned by KMC Group, for serving our customers in Europe with chains and other bicycle parts. Localization, sustainability, and advocacy for cycling are the main goals for KMC.
FreeFlow Technologies (FFT) has developed a light power to weight E-Bike motor, allowing riders to have an E-Bike that looks and rides like a normal bike with all the benefit of rider assistance. At the core of the motor is a innovative, patent protected transmission system. Adding further to this, FreeFlow has several bottle battery extenders to increase the range and enjoyment of cycling on a FFT equipped bike. FreeFlow’s goal for its E-Bike transmission system has been to build confidence with bike shops and end consumers globally by creating an E-Bike mid drive system that can be serviced at any bike shop in the world with standard tools and instructional training course and videos.
