11 Apr 2022

Join us for a full day conference on 12 May in Brussels. CIE 2022 Summit brings together business leaders, policymakers, and Brussels stakeholders to discuss current and upcoming trends and a vision for 2030. The summit starts with high-level keynotes including Brussels Mobility Minister Elke Van den Brandt, Daniel Mes of Timmermans Cabinet, French Deputy Guillaume Gouffier-Cha, author of the new, ambitious cycling strategy for France and Mark Nicklas, Head of Mobility Unit, DG GROW, EU Commission.

The opening will be followed by CEO Panel, where leaders of the cycling industry will talk about innovation, leadership, and the latest challenges and opportunities the sector is facing. In the afternoon, our first panel will be showcasing how cycling is revolutionising urban mobility in Europe. Inspiring speakers will tell us about new business models and all what’s hot at the moment.

At the second panel, the focus will be on industry and supply chain, and we will hear from experts on how to make the European industrial base stronger, which is much needed to ensure the stability of supply and growing independence in key materials and components.

Prior to the conference, on 11 May, we will have a Members-only pre-event with an Open Day to join CIE’s of Experts Groups from market intelligence to sustainability and connected cycling & ITS. This will be followed by networking drinks and dinner (for more information, please contact communications(at)cyclingindustries.com).

We look forward to seeing you in Brussels on May 12th!
