Sophie McCall

I lead the Development & Participation Team at Scottish Cycling and have specific skills in leadership, sport development, competition management and major events. My team has responsibility for the development and growth of our affiliated clubs; the growth of recreation programmes focussed on getting more people on bikes; and management of competitive cycle sport events in Scotland. I am focussed on enabling our team, and community, to be more inclusive and diverse, as well as having a specific focus on getting more women and young people in to the sport of cycling.
