I'm an activist wishing to have clean air, equality, and an economic options in my town. I'm a scrum master working in the software industry trying to apply agile methodologies to social cycling projects. I have an Instagram account that explains what is going on in my city around the bicycle. I know most of t the stakeholders involve in the cycling movement in Medellin and the Aburrá Valley: cycling communities, Secretary of Mobility in medellín (Carlos Cadena), bicycle companies, public transportation leaders, etc. I'm really active in Envigado and Medellín and I do believe agile methodologies, design thinking, and human-centered design are several concepts that need to be taken into account in order to work in sustainable mobility to provide value constantly and in small iterations.
