Isabelle de Robert

Isabelle de Robert is the European Director at MobilityData, the non-profit steward of global standards for mobility data. She leads the European strategy, fostering partnerships with cities, operators, and governments to advance open data practices and rider-centric digital infrastructure. She works on the widely adopted General Bikeshare Feed Specification (GBFS), which makes bikeshare visible in trip planning apps worldwide, and has developed expertise in community-led technology governance and leveraging open data for the public good. With experience in executive leadership, change management, and product development, and a global perspective shaped by living in France, Canada, New Zealand, and Spain, she is passionate about scaling collaboration to build equitable and sustainable mobility systems.
