Isabel Cunha

Isabel is currently investigating the social impacts of Bicycle Master Plans under development in European starter cycling cities. She is particularly interested in how equity issues encompass the decision-making and planning processes. Therefore, she proposes a tool to assess the distributive impacts of the bicycle infrastructure and the accessibility gains over disadvantaged population groups.
