Bikekey

At Bikekey we empower insurance companies to be part of the greatest revolution in sustainable urban mobility with our SaaS Enterprise IT-software platform. We provide an end-to-end handling of insurance-takers including onboarding flows for buying insurance, theft prevention, fraud detection and claims handling. GoByBike

GoByBike is Finland’s leading provider of company bicycle leasing, trusted by over 4,100 companies to offer sustainable and flexible mobility solutions. By the end of 2024, we have enabled more than 45,000 employees to enjoy the convenience and benefits of company bicycles. Partnering with over 800 retail and service providers across Finland and the EU, we ensure broad access to top-quality bikes and service experience for our customers.

Since the launch of Finland’s income tax-free company bike scheme in 2021, we’ve been at the forefront, making workplace wellness and green commuting both easy and advantageous for businesses. Electric bicycles are the top choice among our customers, making up 75% of our entire fleet. Our subsidiary, GoByBike Finance, is the largest bicycle lease financing company in Finland, specializing in the tax-free company bicycle benefits.

Vapaus

Vapaus is at the forefront of sustainable mobility services in Finland and Sweden and has been a pioneer in the employee benefit bikes sector since late 2020. Vapaus’ heart beats for emission-free mobility, employee happiness, and the health of our planet. Vapaus enables employers to offer their teams a benefit bike flexibly and easily through a wide and selected partner shop network. Vapaus has successfully automated the entire process of employee benefit bikes through its technology platform covering payroll, invoicing, logistics, insurance, and financing. The platform and support take care of the benefit bike customer before, during and after getting the benefit bike. Circular logistics

At Circular Logistics, we’re thrilled to introduce our reusable bike packaging solution—a polypropylene-based box that can be reused up to 30 times and is fully recyclable afterwards. Designed to eliminate transport damage, the box is highly durable and features a patented folding mechanism that reduces it to 18% of its full size for cost-efficient returns. Using our system saves up to 73% in CO2 emissions and completely eliminates waste and transport damage.

This year, we won gold at Eurobike and the German Design Award (including the Circular and Startup Awards). Our service is subscription-based, so customers don’t buy boxes; they’re simply provided each month. Our logistics partner GLS handles convenient pickups and returns after delivery. Our major client, Riese & Müller, will roll out this solution on a large scale starting January 2025. Looking forward to connecting with everyone!

Lane Patrol is a state-of-the-art tool for designing and maintaining safer cycling networks. It employs cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning, GIS analysis, and internationally recognised standards like the CycleRAP methodology to deliver precise, actionable insights.

The mobile app captures georeferenced photos during rides, while the web platform provides detailed assessments to evaluate risks, identify hazards, and develop data-driven improvement plans. Cities, agencies, and mobility experts and any decision-maker to create safer and more appealing cycling routes for everyone.

Fark Labs is a global innovation and transformation hub that aims to build a better future for all. We empower entrepreneurs, startups, corporations, and investors to transform into more connected, innovative, and future-ready versions of themselves, enabling them to create a positive impact on the world.

YouBike

YouBike is a company dedicated to providing bike-sharing services across Taiwan. In collaboration with local entities, it is transforming the concept of cycling culture while striving to deliver high-quality services to all citizens. Since the pilot program launched in 2009, YouBike has accumulated over 900 million rides, with 7,000 stations and 95,000 bikes spread across 12 cities.

With a decade of successful experience in the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) business model and managing bike-sharing systems in Taiwan, YouBike is now prepared to offer its bike-sharing solution to the world. This solution aims to replicate YouBike's operational expertise from Taiwan to global markets, encompassing bikes, associated software, and operational know-how. 

YouBike 2.0 (mechanic bike) and 2.0E (pedelec) are specially designed for public use. Additionally, YouBike's know-how integrates decades of operational expertise, including dispatch and maintenance systems. The accompanying software seamlessly supports these operations, enhancing efficiency and ensuring smooth coordination across all services.

BikeFolder

BikeFolder is a software company dedicated to transforming the entire value chain of the bicycle industry. We achieve this by creating a digital passport for every bike—whether newly produced or already in the market. This foundational tool enables us to build innovative solutions that address key challenges across the industry.
