Designing the Ideal Bike Share Scheme

Join the interactive session of our Bike Share Expert Group, where we will design the ideal bike share schemes! With the vast experience of our 10 industry leading experts, each leading a roundtable, the workshop aims to design 10 bike share schemes to European cities that are either without a bike share scheme currently, or in the process of renewing the service.
Cycling Apps and Platforms as Policy Tools: Building Engaged Communities for Sustainable Mobility

This session, powered by the MegaBITS Project, explores how to build engaged cycling communities with cycling apps and platforms, through features like challenges, experience sharing, and participation tools. We will explore Antwerp’s new digital platform - where cyclists help shape infrastructure - and showcases Overijssel’s newly launched app, which promotes cycling through community-driven challenges.

In collaboration with EIT Urban Mobility and EY, we are inviting city leaders and urban mobility experts to a workshop about the first-ever ROI study on bike share schemes that will quantify the societal and economic impact of bike-sharing in clear terms. Joins us and help shape strategic recommendations for decision-makers for future reference.
CIE is also part of the Cycling Counts Project, where the project partners will share some preliminary results concerning cycling data collected in the EU and some insights into future conclusions.
