Time for breakfast, networking and exciting impulses - under the motto “Closing the Data Gender Gap”.
What do we actually know about the differences between men and women in cycling when it comes to cycling and our industry? What about the gender pay gap – the difference in earnings between women and men? How equal is the representation of women across various areas of the cycling industry, let's say management positions, cycling or bike workshops? There’s still a lot of work to be done, and we believe that data is just the first step – real action must follow.
